Whatever I did in the hotel was fine, as I was only getting to sleep. cleaning of the room and hotel was generally fine. In the dining room the food was good and attention was excellent. pool area was very good.
In general I feel that they have not invested so much in maintenance, hotel could be better off. beds and pillows weren't comfortable. bar service the day we arrived was not good and it took a long time and person in charge was not there all the time so the desire to consume was taken away as nobody was looking after it. They took a long time to give you towels if we asked for them by phone and times they were busy we had to go and get them directly. cleaning of the room on the first day was done until after 3:30, was a long time ago, since a room must be clean by then. As for the cleaning of the kiosk, there were dirty dishes and food from customers who ate there the two days I was there, as they don't go to check much and if someone brought a service they don't notice if the customers left something there to pick it up immediately.

The room was nicely appointed and clean with a great bed. The location was perfect for visiting all attractions, and the staff was helpful and attentive. I loved that we could book everything through the hotel, and the tours/ticket assistance was a great help. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the in-room safe, air conditioning, and free toiletries made me feel at home. The leisure facilities were great, especially the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace.
This place is highly recommended for families.

Free shuttle to airport, dining and front lobby.
Had to wait 30 minutes for attendant to confirm my reservation after I had printed out my on line booking proof. We had to get up at 4 am the next day and didn't get into the room until 1145pm. Not happy.

the room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. the helpful and attentive staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the complimentary breakfast offered a range of delicious options.
The hotel could improve by ensuring that all rooms are odor-free, as some guests have noted smelling previous occupant's smoke or perfume.

During our Easter break, we enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea in the room, and the housekeeping service that kept the room tidy. the hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to many restaurants and shops. What we loved the most was the free shuttle service to take us around and explore the beautiful city.
The outdated interior of the hotel, which didn't match the pictures online. the beds were uncomfortable with hard pillows, and the noise from the highway near the hotel was disturbing.
